1. License Agreement

By purchasing and downloading Mobyte applications, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on your personal devices. This is a lifetime license - you pay once and own the software forever.

2. Ownership

You own the license to use the software. However, all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, remain the exclusive property of Mobyte. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.

3. Updates and Support

We commit to providing updates and bug fixes for our applications. Updates are provided at no additional cost. However, we reserve the right to discontinue support for older iOS versions as Apple releases new versions.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds are handled through Apple's App Store refund policy. Please contact Apple Support for refund requests. We do not process refunds directly.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mobyte applications are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the application.
