1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using UV Tracker ('the App'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the App. These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mobyte ('we', 'us', or 'our').
2. License Grant
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use UV Tracker on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the App.
3. In-App Purchases
UV Tracker offers a one-time, lifetime in-app purchase that unlocks the full version of the app. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. You pay once and retain access to the purchased features for the lifetime of the app. We do not offer subscriptions. Refunds are handled exclusively through Apple's App Store refund process. We do not process refunds directly.
4. Intellectual Property
UV Tracker, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is the exclusive intellectual property of Mobyte and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our express written consent. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
UV Tracker is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. UV index data and sun protection recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of UV data obtained from third-party sources. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical guidance on sun exposure and skin protection.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mobyte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use UV Tracker. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
